Qualification	B.Com/B.B.A/M.B.A Fin. Graduates with sound knowledge of accounts. Undergrads waiting for their final year results could be considered if they do not have any back logs in the previous years with more than 50% in average
Experience	0 to 2 years max
Shift (Job timing)	24X7
Per Month Salary (Breakup) Fixed(Not based on target):- Variable(based on Target):- Others/ Perks/Etc:-	12k to 17k Gross
Work Details & Responsibilities	The employee would work on the projects of International Financial Clients of Keane India – BPO Division. A lot of Client Interaction would be involved. Maintaining Reports on Excel.
Skills required	Should be comfortable 24*7 This is for high end blended process so Very Good Comm. Skills is a mandate Very Good Communication Skills. Comprehension of the conversation and Active Listening. Thorough knowledge of Basic Accounts required (such as mutual funds, insurance, investments, bank Reconciliation only). Profile is not related to Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable, Profit & Loss Account, Taxation and Audits. MS Excel knowledge would be an added advantage
